Sell or ride with a trusted identity

Every shop, guide and rider on EcoNech carries a verified profile: real name, licence reference, photo and a public performance score. Inclusive pathways are reserved for youth, women and persons with disabilities.

Applications are reviewed against trade licence, tax and (for pharmacies) EFDA registries. You can also apply by calling 8080 or through the Telegram bot if you are offline.

How vetting works

    Apply online

    Business name, owner ID, trade licence or TIN, location pin and category.

    Document verification

    Trade licence, EFDA permit for pharmacies and tax registration are checked against public registries.

  3. 3

    Physical spot check

    A field officer visits the shop, photographs the storefront and confirms storage and hygiene standards.

  4. 4

    Onboarding & training

    Packaging standards, order acceptance times, refunds policy and the low-bandwidth app or Telegram bot.

  5. 5

    Ranking & review

    Live score from delivery time, cancellation rate, complaint rate and customer stars. Reviewed monthly.
